Group Parties must be registered and approved at least one week in advance in order to use the cabana area or picnic area.
Reservations will be taken and approved on a first-come first-served basis.
Please use our Google Request Form to request all Group Parties. A Manager will call you within 24 hours of receipt to confirm your request. Prior to pool opening on May 26th, it may take a little longer for a manager to confirm your request.
Once your party is approved, please fill out the Group Party Guest List and bring to the Front Desk the day of the event.
Parties may be held in the following areas:
Covered Area in Cabana: Up to two (2) tables may be reserved for parties of no more than 10 children plus adults, including non-members.
Picnic Area Behind Wooden Deck: Groups up to 75, including non-members, may reserve the picnic area.
A maximum of two group parties will be allowed at the same time, and no more than one group each in the cabana and picnic area.
At the Pool Manager’s discretion, two small groups may be allowed in the picnic area at the same time. ALL GROUP PARTIES ARE LIMITED TO THREE HOURS.
Groups over 75 will not be permitted.
Tables on the pool deck, tennis deck, snack bar deck and adjacent grassy area may not be used for group parties.
Guest and Group Fees
All Non-members attending group parties must pay the $5.00 Guest Fee or one guest ticket.
In addition, a Group Fee will be charged for groups of 25 or larger to help defray the cost of additional staffing: $25.00 (25-45) and $50.00 (46-65) and $75 (66-75).
All Group Parties are limited to three hours. A $25 fee will be charged for parties that last more than three hours.
Other Party Requirements
At the time of the Party, members must sign in. The sponsoring member must provide a list of all attending non-members. There must be one adult for every five children (under 18). The adult member sponsoring the event will be responsible for the group and its behavior.
Group functions must be held during normal operating hours. Access for non-members will be limited to the pool area, picnic areas, and cabana facilities. Tennis facilities will not be open to non-members.
The group must follow all club rules and regulations.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
The group is responsible for cleaning up debris in the picnic/cabana area.
Rain dates must be approved in advance at the time of reservation.
